Dan
Toft — Microsoft 365 MVP & Consultant
I’m who organisations call when SharePoint has quietly become the thing nobody wants to touch. A decade of that, and these days I get to do it on my own terms at Pinksky.
What I do
Microsoft 365
Tenant configuration through governance, and the unglamorous bits in between.
SharePoint & SPFx
Custom development when it earns its keep, built to survive past go-live.
Information Architecture
Content people can actually find, with permissions sized to match.
Azure
Entra ID wrangling and the serverless plumbing quietly powering the rest.
Microsoft Teams
Where work happens, not where files go to die.
Power Platform
Automation, reporting and integration your makers can build without IT quietly weeping.

Technical debt is a lot like gardening
Technical debt, much like weeds in a garden, only gets harder to manage the longer you ignore it - here’s how consultants and clients can build the shared responsibility and routine maintenance needed to keep it under control.
A bit about me
I started in SharePoint back when I was but a kid. A decade on, it’s an MVP award, a place of my own in Pinksky - and a genuine thrill every time the platform actually starts working for a business.
I write M365 TL;DR for the version of me who just needed the answer at half four on a Friday, not a webinar. Mostly SharePoint, a fair bit of SPFx, and lately more Copilot than I expected.
