The application is crashing very often and my account balance screen is always showing error.

Dear Batelco customer service,I thought I would try again to bring to your attention my deep disappointment. What you will do about it will be a fair indication of Batelco’s ability to meet its promise to customers, me in this instance. My case, summarized: I purchased an internet service from Batelco. The performance was so poor that I agreed to upgrade, for a higher cost of course. The performance has barely improved, with a constantly unreliable internet service. Let me know please what I should do. Option one: something happens at Batelco and the service I pay for every month delivers internet in a way that more than one user in my family of streaming videos does not systematically alter or break the service. Option two: I pay the BHD 50 termination fee and go to a different vendor. First I wanted to upgrade from star package but app always fails and addon always failsI went lulu Hidd your shop and extremely poor support no one willing to Liston not help me out to switch my package .I wanted to register my number under my cpr rather under my passport but yet unable to shift ..... no supprt from your lulu staff Hidd ..... they simply asking each other how to do it we don’t. Know go to other place ...... that’s the reason I stopped using internet service on your sim and network

With the new update I can’t pay a specific amount, I’m stuck either paying the minimum or the full bill. So I used your website which still has this feature. Otherwise it’s pretty good but the UI and the overall responsiveness of the app is lacking compared to other service providers in Bahrain.
