Montana County Attorney Term Limits, Amendment 1 (1962)
The Montana County Attorney Term Limits Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 6, 1962 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for four year term limits for county attorneys.[1][2]
