    I paid for a full one-year Pro subscription. My account was suspended without prior warning or any clear explanation of what Terms of Service were violated. Support refused to provide details, said the decision was final and non-appealable, and denied a refund despite most of the yearly subscription remaining. Extremely poor transparency and customer support.
