In my daily social life iPhone has been friendly companion and useful device, without it I can’t even imagine my life right now. It’s always with me. When I’m working, enjoying my life or travelling it’s always around. I hope next device will be more elegant with more colour varieties and act like a real friend with ability to talk like a real human. The world will be a better place with such a friendly phones! All of their stuff you can buy anywhere else and I went and bought with the Apple Store thinking that might be a better service at least of course not a a better priceI order order the phone and they have the option to specify when you want your order to be delivered, I specified when I wanted it, which was five days after the order they called me the next day saying that they are at my door delivering, I told them I am not home and I cannot take it and to come back on the day which I requestedThe day comes and it’s not delivered when I call them they they say that they don’t have my number knowing that they called me three days earlier and it’s not gonna be delivered that day because they cannot know when and where to deliver it although they have all of the information they reached my door three days earlier and called me awful service no compensation not even apologetic for what happened not even tried to deliver at the same day just saying we can’t do it nothing and in the end the girl on the phone says I cannot confirm or deny that they called you as if I’m lying horrible do not buy anything from here

Apple isn't like before anymore, after 7 years of purchasing from Apple stores in Dubai only I'm sad to say this is the last time for me to get from them any product else, I got iPhone 14 pro max brand new from apple store and after some time I found that there's a manufacturing problem in the screen (screen quality and brightness is lower than any 14 pro max else) and after they checked the mob in the store and certified that there's a manufacturing problem from APPLE itself not from bad usage or something like that, they rejected to replace the mobile with another one, stating that only we will repair, (Brand new mobile and under warranty and full display problem from the manufacture and they said it's not worth changing, only repair we will provide, that's all with a very rude behavior from the guys in Dubai mall store which was a shock to me and unlike usual at all from Apple, really disappointed to buy from apple store which more expensive than any store outside whole UAE and get this service!.

I am experiencing a persistent payment issue that customer service has been unable to resolve. Each time I subscribe to a new app, I am charged for *all* of my app subscriptions simultaneously — regardless of whether they are actually due for renewal, and even for subscriptions I have already cancelled.This results in repeated, unauthorized charges that do not reflect my actual billing cycle or subscription status. Despite multiple attempts to raise this with customer support, no one has been able to properly understand or address the root cause of the problem. At this point, it feels less like a technical glitch and more like a systemic billing failure that is costing me money without justification.I need this escalated to someone who can investigate the billing logic directly and provide a full refund for the incorrect charges, along with a permanent fix so this doesn't continue happening.
