Welcome to the largest Hare Krishna community in North America.
Our Rural Spiritual Community
We welcome all visitors to the Alachua Hare Krishna Temple. Our temple building is situated on a tranquil, rural 127-acre property in Alachua, Florida, 20 minutes north of Gainesville. You’ll find cow pastures, gardens, ponds, forested groves, a guest house, gift shop, multi-purpose pavilion, and the Eco Teaching Farm.
We host a daily worship program from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm and a weekly Sunday program at 4:15 pm. At our temple, experience the rich spiritual teachings established by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
