ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go.
Airport, Lot & Street Parking

Im sorry to say that this app is just down right bad. For one thing, the history is not accurate at all. For example, my history says that I have only parked my car and paid for a couple parking spots in October of last year when I have used it also in Aug., Sep.,Nov., Dec., and Jan. several times. Those charges do not show up. Also, it does not always email you so I suggest you screen shot everything if you are using this app to pay for parking. The second problem is that if you do an overnight rate and want to add time the following morning the app often times will not even recognize the zone number so you cannot even pay for more time. This is ironic because in the mornings is usually when the towing/parking officers come around to boot and ticket you. I have had multiple friends who have been booted because they could not pay for more time due to problems with the app.And lastly, I do not recommend parking in zone 5395 in ATL. It almost seems corrupt the parking situation there. I was booted there once and tried to explain that the app is inaccurate and provided proof and had 3 witnesses but the towing people just kept saying that the app is “great” and are always extremely rude and money hungry. Ever though my proof and witnesses all proved the point that the app is just down right inaccurate and that had paid for the spot. I don’t know if it is some sort of corrupt operation going on with ParkMobile and the towing companies in ATL or not but if you do use this app make sure that you take many, MANY photos and screenshots to provide proof if you are ticketed or booted or towed.

I was getting extremely frustrated bc I couldn’t find my past receipts to add to my expense report for work. I had to use 3 other logins to try and find this receipt thinking maybe I accidentally used one of my old personal emails to login, still didn’t find it. I went back into the account I want to use and requested notifications be sent to me by text but it wouldn’t allow me to bc it said another user was using this phone number which of course was me on my personal login. I use my personal mobile for work as well. I chatted with one person who refused to help me and continued to end my chat. I kept requesting for assistance and finally found this wonderful person, Atiya she helped me remove the old logins and to add my phone number to the login I wanted. Took her 5 minutes and done. I would like to suggest instead of logging in with an email to login with your phone number instead. You could send me a notification link to verify it’s me and voila problem solved. If people are signed up for the business app you could do the same and one more thing. Your history page doesn’t always keep track of my parking. Which is frustrating trying to track down a receipt. Please keep track of our parking. If I’m logged in and followed the instructions and protocols then it shouldn’t be this difficult to find a receipt.

I’m a student at a local university and rely on ParkMobile to pay for daily parking on campus because it’s convenient. However, I’ve received multiple tickets due to the app’s two-hour maximum limit per session. While I understand time limits in certain areas, the issue isn’t about parking duration—it’s about the inconvenience of having to renew every two hours. As a student, my schedule often includes back-to-back classes or office hours that require me to stay in one spot for more than two hours. If I can pay for multiple sessions in the same spot, why not allow me to pay for the entire time upfront? The current system is particularly unfair for situations where I can’t access my phone, like during class, and renewing a session even a few minutes late results in a ticket. This process creates unnecessary stress and financial strain, especially for students already struggling to make ends meet. It would be much more equitable to update the app to allow users to pay for longer periods in advance. This small change would prevent avoidable tickets and make the experience much more user-friendly. If I know I’ll be parked for four or five hours, I should have the option to pay for that time upfront, instead of juggling incremental payments or risking a ticket. Please fix this!
Developer ResponseWe would love to provide that feature, and we're truly sorry for your experience! Unfortunately, our app is bound by the same restrictions that the parking meters are, including minimum parking times and no refunds. I understand your request and strongly encourage you to reach out to the owner of the parking area and let them know that you would like more options with your parking.
So your local municipality is looking to raise parking revenue. Enter ParkMobile who will convince clueless council members they have an easy solution. Real world customers will be frustrated and have zero phone support. Make a mistake in their labyrinth and no refunds for you ever. Sarasota recently implemented this paid parking system. I had old account in Tampa unused for years. Reluctantly I tried to use app and had an extended nightmare of app glitches. Revising anything seems especially a problem for this app. Found myself bouncing between app and web interface on my iphone. Old password would not work. Had to reset new password twice. I think there is a delay with new info populating the app which leads to chaos trying to update profile. Unable to set up text notifications at first, then was able after time passed. Unable to change old car description. Forced to sign up for a Visa Checkout account- just what I needed- another online account and password to remember. Why not just store my cc info within the parking app?? Spent 20-30 minutes getting all this to work via iphone. Bonus gripe: the stupid app does not even show your current parking zone on their live map- only iphone location and every parking zone they have on the planet. Frustrating experience forced upon taxpayers by municipalities and a company that could not care less about lowly paying customers. Have the app developers actually used the app and tried to update profile?? I doubt it.
